I bough sixty of these plants and planted them in a double, staggered, row one foot apart with a good amount of compost (double the empty plant pot)in the hole with each plant.
They all looked healthy when they were delivered and every one of them has since done well.
Since April (it's now the end of July) they have grown to around 4 feet high (155cm) with near daily watering and a weekly feed with Miracle Grow.
I found I had to water them every day without fail for the first 4-6 weeks even if there was some light rain or they started to wilt. So I also covered the soil with bark chippings which made a big difference.
After this their roots became established and I only needed to water when it was hot and/or sunny.
They are now looking really good and I already cannot see much of a gap between them.
